The vision of building a Senior Housing came to Superintendent Hollins Sr. and Mother Julia Hollins by God. The Itasker Hollins Economic Community Development Corporation (IHECDC) and Related Corporation partnered in planning, designing, and making floor plans for this beautiful housing. Along with the help of the All Nations Church members and Oak Park Community administrative team, The Arbors at Oak Park set a groundbreaking record costing over $17,000,000 (17 million dollars). With the recognitions from Mayor Kevin Johnson and City Councilman Jay Schenirer, the construction of the senior housing began and it was completed August 2013. This gorgeous Senior Housing is a 2-story apartment and it contains 56 spacious units, parking lot, and a multi-purpose activity room.
